How is the US bank financing?

Bank financing in the US is simple and efficient. Banks lend up to 70% to real estate prices in Florida, without any restrictions on foreigners.

Pre-qualification process

The first step is the pre-qualification, which is done with a financial institution, through the documents presented by the buyer.
